White Cabernet Franc is a challenging wine to pull off as the red grape skins always want to push through. That was the original intention for Chinook, but when it didn't come together, we wound up with a Salmon colored sweet wine.

The section of the Yakima River that can bee seen from the tasting room is known for its fly fishing. One of the fish that can be caught is the Chinook.
